This is a private, non-commercial personal website. Under German law (TMG §5 / MStV §18), a formal legal notice is required for commercially operated services — this site does not qualify. The following is provided voluntarily for transparency.

No tracking. This website uses no analytics, no tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
Server logs. Like any website, this site is hosted on a server that automatically records standard access logs (IP address, date and time, browser type, referring page). These logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security and operational purposes. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website). You may object to this processing by contacting me at the address above.
Fonts. All typefaces (EB Garamond, Inter) are served directly from this server. No requests are made to Google or any other third-party font service.
Contact. If you send an email to the address on this site, I will process your email address and message content solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is not shared and is deleted once the enquiry is resolved.
Your rights. Under DSGVO you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany: the relevant Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz).
